JENOPTIK Laser GmbH provides the entire technology chain in the field of OEM laser sources starting from high-quality unmounted semiconductor materials to reliable high-power diode lasers as well as innovative solid-state lasers directly from one partner.

Since the Nineties, Jenoptik Laser GmbH has been proving its comprehensive know-how in the product areas of diode lasers and solid state lasers, which it has continually extended. Over the years, an increasing focus has been put on user needs.
With combining the global activities in the fields of diode lasers and solid-state lasers, the new company JENOPTIK Laser GmbH was established on May 3, 2010 as a merger of JENOPTIK Laserdiode GmbH and the laser technology division of JENOPTIK Laser, Optik, Systeme GmbH.
JENOPTIK Laser GmbH pools competencies in order to provide its customers with synergies and competitive advantages in the area of laser beam sources from on hand.
In the product area of high-power diode lasers the company is acknowledged worldwide as a leader in quality. Diode lasers are typically used for pumping solid-state lasers or as a direct beam source for medical technology and material processing and are the most promising type of laser, particularly due to their industrial potential.
In the area of solid-state lasers JENOPTIK Laser GmbH is a specialist and provider of laser systems in pulsed and cw-mode as customer specific OEM solutions in different levels of integrations. Main applications of these laser sources are in industrial material processing, medical technology, defense as well as in show and entertainment.
